Welcome to The Cottage Auchenblae. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment through the provided payment link.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 13 days before check-in.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM

4. Guest & Property Rules

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises (indoors or outdoors).
• No parties or events allowed.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:30 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No rearranging of furniture.
• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead and under control at all times in shared courtyard areas.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Damages & Liability

• You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay.
• We reserve the right to charge for repairs or extra cleaning if necessary.

6. Legal & Compliance

• The Cottage Auchenblae is a licensed short-term let under Cedar House in accordance with local Scottish authority regulations.

7. Emergencies

• Emergency contact details are provided in the welcome pack located inside the accommodation.
